Like your wearing PJ’s! NOT THE SAME FEEL! 🙁

The on ice jerseys will be made by the same manufacturer that has been making them for years and years. Will the « authentic » jerseys go down in quality? More than likely but the on ice jerseys will be exactly the same just have a different logo on them.

Can’t help but think of that Seinfeld episode where Costanza changes the uniform material from polyester to cotton.

Actually the idea of battle damage during a game kinda sounds cool

The on-ice jerseys will be fine. We are kidding ourselves if we think otherwise. It is the jerseys that are sold to the public that are worth worrying about. In which case, the response is simple. Just don’t buy.

Wonder how many teams will redesign like in 2007 & 2017? Would bet on the Canucks being one of them (if not next season).

Best part is that this is a shot from a Kings-Ducks game.

I read an article that they will be using the same manufacturing plants that adidas uses currently in Canada? Or was the article just a publicity stunt to calm the masses?

The NHL wants their merch quality to match their streaming options.

I called Fanatics taking over for Jerseys last Summer… disappointed
juicygoosy921
i think the only people who care about this are not really into hockey. they’re into hockey fashion and telling their friends they like hockey but they don’t have a clue. « oh no my jersey won’t have a brand name on it »

Airnt they still Adidas jerseys? Lol

I was totally wrong, I thought Nike would be the ones taking over. Fanatics making NHL jerseys that’s wild. Those jerseys will be made out of low bootleg quality, made in China materials.
LilSenate
Is the NHL the only main sports league who use these jokers? We shouldn’t use them at all, but if another league was using them too, I would at least feel like less of a laughing stock

This actually makes it way cheaper for us to get jerseys. With Fanatics quality being no better than the AliExpress knockoff, just get the knockoff for 80% discount
With nhl66 and aliexpress, hockey is for everyone lol
TheNilla
Feel like they did this in the NFL some years ago, used to have nice sewn on patches for logos/numbers, now its just iron-on sticker shit that you can tell is gonna peel after one wash

The best part is this is what Troy stecher did to him in a fight and stecher ain’t the biggest dude.
