I’ve always wanted to find a clip from when we were playing the Pens in the playoffs and Datsyuk absolutely leveled Crosby away from the play. I remember it was replayed in slow motion but I could never find it anywhere online. I want to say it was the 2008 cup run.

I miss Datsyuk and the Fox Sports Detroit Days. That DUN DUN DUN DUN DUH DUH DUN jingle will always be in my head.
National coverage and recognition misses him with the credit so often. Same as Stevie though. Different players in different times. Both left out of the current narrative. Hopefully the wings can become relevant again and their legacies will be highlighted a bit more.
