   We really only have two good defensemen in Forsling and Montour. Ekblad sucks and Staal is horrible. Gudas and Mahura are nice but let’s be honest, on a good team they are 7D quality. Defense better get some help this off-season.

   Hot take time: Losing Weegar destroyed our defense. Including him in the trade should have been a non starter and his value to the team was severely underestimated. This is one of the worst team defenses in franchise history. Having a good defense is more important than anything else

   Honest question: if (or in some peoples opinion “when”) the Cats miss the playoffs is that enough justification to get rid of Maurice? Asking for a friend

   I don’t normally make negative comments and I try to be as positive as possible, especially with franchise players, but Ekblad fucking sucks.
