  1. Resting Demko for the playoffs ? Shows your players you really don't care if they win or lose . It'll come back to bite you

  2. Ive never seen boeser move that fast, or stop that fast before on that empty net goal

  3. Chicago Blackhawks on WGN RADIO 720 and NBC SPORTS CHICAGO / Chicago’s Very Own WGN 9 During the NHL Playoff.

Joe Brand: He Shoot, He Score, Connor Murphy goal, it’s 1-0 Blackhawks.
Chris Vosters: He’s Score, Patterson Goal, it is 3-1 Vancouver.

  4. Great chemistry build on Canucks team !! Good see some improvements !!! for all those year down the drain…. finally see some lights

  5. if vancouver got bedard, they would flip that franchise overnight. what are they doing?

  6. teams take the canucks lightly and the rest are tanking because their smart. the canucks r dumb and the canuck fans even dumber. they went on a winning streak last season too and we all know how the start of this season started. its insanity doing the same thing over n over again and expecting a different result.

  7. No longer last in the league on the PK, 18 straight kills, and they also now lead the league in short-handed goals. I think Tocchet has the PK figured out.

  8. I was watching the NHL version of the highlights, but had to switch to this one, because the Chicago play-by-play guys sounded dead inside. Really going to miss John Garrett when he retires next year

  9. To all the dumb asses who keep whining "why aren't the Canucks tanking qq"… first of all, here's another insult, you are dumb. But to be fair, let me tell you why you are dumb.
    1) NHL teams are profit-driven organizations. If the Canucks played badly on purpose, ticket sales would fall, and the organization would take a financial hit. Not good.
    2) If Canucks played badly on purpose, the players may lose morale and spirit, and develop bad habits that perpetuate into the next season that even a good draft pick wouldn't solve. Hockey is a team sport, not a solo sport. One player can help a good team become a great team, but it cannot make a bad team into a great team.
    3) The chance was always going to be small anyways. There are other teams that were doing way, way worse than the Canucks. Canucks were doing middling-bad and would need to criminally tank in order to be the lowest team on the list with the highest chance. Everybody except the lowest team has pretty low odds at best. Again, as to why you wouldn't want to do this, refer to #1.
    4) Individual players want to play their best, for their own stats. Every player who has dreamed of being in the NHL wants to be one of the best players, that is why they got to where they are in the first place. They worked damn hard. Can you imagine how well they would take it if their management told them "don't play too hard for the next 4 months so that we can increase our chances by a couple percent of getting a player we think has the potential to be better than all of you losers"? Yeah that is going to go over well lmao. So dumb.

  10. I've never been more miserable watching my team win games. I love mediocrity, 50 more years please

  11. Canucks formula:

    1. Starts season by losing most of the games.
    2. Out of the playoffs race before January 15.
    3. Changes coaches.
    4. Team finally has some chemistry and starts to play .800 hockey.
    5. Season ends missing the playoffs again.
    6. Trade away draft picks and signs some old players to cap-destyoying contracts.
    7. Plays like garbage in preseason games because the new players need to blend in.
    8. Go back to step 1.

  12. Joshua! What a smart play by not engaging in the fight and letting Petey score on the odd-man rush. Underrated hockey IQ play.
