@Canadiens de Montréal

    Jordan Harris is an all around good dude.

    Beauty, love this kid.

    That said, there’s some commonality to the way these pro-jersey quotes are phrased and I wish someone would just come out and say « Of course I’ll wear the jersey, I love the queer community. »

    I really hope when the time comes for the Habs to have their pride night all the boys will be wearing the jersey.

  4. This is a great way to look at things. Also it’s nice to have a choice.

    Guhle was also Luke Prokop’s defensive partner (the first gay hockey player to be out) last year. Guhle hasn’t been vocal about this, but you gotta think he feels for Luke when he sees what is going on right now.

    The Oil Kings dressing room was pretty tight during the playoffs last year.

    I think this younger team that is coached by St. Louis would welcome a gay player with completely open arms (as they should). They seem to have a good room too.

    I think it is great to complain and point out the dumb dumbs but I think it is really effective to elevate the bright, forward thinking players like Harris. There are so many of them. We need these players to trail the path for the cavemen dragging their knuckles on the ground.

    This is best. This is new core group of players and management give me hope and make me proud (pun not intended)

    We should have nights for every single minority ever, just to be sure that everyone, at all time, feels welcome. If we don’t do that, how could anyone understand that they are welcome? Like, did we ever do an Orthodox night to show that they are welcome? I don’t thing so! We should also do a Jewish night, a Chiite night, a Shia night, etc. By not doing those nights celebrating so many diverse people, it literally means that we hate them and don’t respect them. Shameful that we support a sport like that, where everyone is not celebrated every night.

    Expect Gen Z players to not have a problem with pride.
