Matthews had a back injury early in the season, then a knee injury (MCL sprain) on top of that, where he missed 4 weeks. It’s not only “the wrist.”

How leafs is it for Knies to make it to frozen 4 and then get injured so he can't get a chance to play for the leafs? screw NCAA. They should have folded so Knies doesn't wast his time there anymore lol.
It's so sad talking about resigning depth players on the leafs.. 4 guys get half the cap space and these guys are talking about how they aren't comfortable paying middle 6 forwards 3 – 4 million because we have to save half the cap for "star players" that haven't proven anything when it matters…
