Growing up, I always heard about teams that make the other team "play their game". Usually that meant a physical game, or a tight checking game. The Oilers are like "You're gonna score a lot of goals, but dammit we're gonna score a lot of goals too. May the better team score the most."
I think Edmonton has quietly improved every facet of their team since last season. I have a feeling they’ll make it to the conference final again (at least).
People are so jealous of mcdavid because he can score well in a really good era of hockey. Do these people not look at the legit stats that you can’t deny? In this day in age goalies have been the best they’ve ever been and people wanna say Gretzkys era is the best when they had the worst goalies in history! Literally Gretzky played in an era of the worst goalies in nhl history but these people who hate mcdavid can’t accept he’s an amazing player.
