The defence from both teams was sloppy in this one. A lot of turnovers that led to goals.
As fun as it was to watch Quick make that paddle save, the fact that he stopped was largely luck. He did not calculate the trajectory and figure out where his stick needed to be, he just took a shot in the dark at blocking it, and just so happened to succeed.
But that entire sequence from 5:42?! PURE skill! 🤩

I seriously think Nuge might have the most accurate shot on the team.
McDavid's is also great, but it sure feels like Nuge just NEVER misses when he's alone with a goalie. The snipe at 2:25 is just the latest example, but he does that a lot. His ability to find 4-square-inch holes is ridiculous.
