Dubas is safe … Keefe or one of his assistants is not
Not Dubas fault he does his job. Sheldon keefe is not a good coach leaf’s should of got on of the 40 head coaches avalible this season

Regardless of success I'm trading Matthews at the draft.. I think if we lose in the 1st round Keefe has to go but I wouldnt give up on Dubas yet, personally.

The Leafs will win the CUP. No question about it . The team is stacked.
If they don't make the final four everyone should be fired. It would still be a failure but at least it is progress.

If they don't make it to the finals there must be changes , coaches and management. Management did not go after the best available nor did they address goalie or their main weakness defense,!!
I don’t look at dubas if they get bounced in the first round. The team is amazing (coming from an oilers fan) and what dubas pulled off at the deadline with McCabe, lafferty, oreilly was a miracle and he outperformed all other GMs in my opinion. This is solely on the players and if they lose first round again, the players should be on the chopping block. They clearly need a leadership/culture shift in that locker room.

Dubas must go because of what and who he really is — a pretender… I hope Shanny doesnt fall on his sword for Dubas but Mactavish took the fall for Dellow in Edmonton and its exactly the same situation with an advanced stats groupie sneaking into the NHL to wreak havoc and regressive destruction on a NHL Club. so all is fair in love and war…..Mathews is to valuable to not surround him with legitimate supports….get rid of the snowflakes like Marner and bring in the Big dogs. If Toronto wanted to they could track-back to when and how Dubas snuck into their Organization then figure out whose work he hijacked to impress Shanny with—- then go find that guy and hire him…..the bottom line is that there are no numbers you can twist and turn and misrepresent that will erase the incredible run of 1st Round losses the Leafs have taken ownership of…..unbelievable actually……kind of like the Oilers huh?.almost seems like they have the same problems. Yes, they all have to go quietly into the night if the Leafs do not go to the Finals. Dubas,Keefe,Shanny,Marner,and anyone else who they brought with them.
If there isn't a conversation after tonight's game, win or lose, about winning the Stanley cup, the Leafs might as well start booking tee times on the golf course. Failure to get out the 2nd round will be a catastrophic let down with leaf fans and team ownership. This can't be another year where only Nylander shows up to play in playoffs on offense. Simply can't.

They have to win the first round or else there will be significant change. If they then lose a hard fought 2nd round to a historic boston team, they will get a pass.
It's a lot to ask them to beat Boston. Boston at this time is a beast and unless they have a major injury it will be a tough task to defeat.
