Jimmy Snuggerud looks like a very promising piece for the Blues.
Of interest, 100% of drafted forwards (1990 on) to register an equivalency of 45 or greater in their freshman college season have gone on to be stars in the NHL. pic.twitter.com/hGRT7eRSBX

Snuggerud is such a fun name to say, I can’t wait for a few holy jumpins with Jimmy Snuggerud name attached to the sentence
Is he a USNTDP product?
I think we’re going to be set for a number of years at forward and goalie. However, the D corps…
A future teammate of his at Minnesota, Oliver Moore, is projected to go around 10th in the draft this year. Might be a chance to develop some chemistry together if Doug and the rest of the scouts like him.
I know how it’s pronounced but my mind keeps saying Snoo-goo-roo
You could tell at the WJCs that he has the goods. Probably had the best tournament of anyone not named Bedard.
If this is the kind of talent we get from a 23rd overall, just imagine what will happen when we draft 1st overall this year
Very excited for Snuggerud but he cooled off significantly after the WJC. I’m high on him and would like to see him have more sustained success without Knies and Cooley next year
He’s been solid for Minny! Guy has some sandpaper to his game too.
