Green and Burgundy would be ugly as sin
In a parallel universe, the Avs are Green/Burgundy while the Wild are Blue/Burgundy.

between this and rocky mountain xtreme it’s amazing that this brand hasn’t become dated.
They would have been known as the green wave. Or green freeze
That printer knew how fucking lame the mild would be and saved us from a similar fate.
Todd, the designer interviewed for the story, has a great book about NHL identities that he wrote with Chris Creamer. It’s called « Fabric of the Game, » and it’s a must for any sports logo/uniform dorks like me.
Thank God color printers were sh*tty in the 90’s. I would have hated being the Christmas Team. Minny’s look is bad enough.
