Not really, but I also didn’t believe this team would make it as far as they have after losing everyone they did, so who knows!

If we can beat winnipeg and calgary I will be tremendously happy

Only way I see it happening is if we win @ WPT and @ CGY, with some help from other teams to beat both of them as well.
libertybear20
Realistically you have to win 4 of these, Winnipeg and Calgary being required. And we still might not get in even with that… I’d say the odds are 10% or so

As the 2023 Stanley Cup champions we’re gonna have to.

If we do it’s cause other teams are resting their top guys, we beat Flames and Jets, and get some good luck.

2 big factors. 1 if we can beat Winnipeg and Calgary head to head and 2 how many of the other teams will have their playoff seeds clenched and decide to take their foot off the gas at the end of the season (start sitting/resting players).
So if the Preds can win Winnipeg/Calgary I think they probably need to win 3 of the remaining 5. Preds have shown they can play on an emotional high… so maybe 60 percent chance they can make the playoffs.

Tbh – I’ll be surprised if we win 3 games out of those next 7. If we can beat Dallas, Vegas, and/or Carolina, I think we can get Minnesota and Colorado since they’re definitely already in and don’t have to battle for a spot
lizardgal10
No, or at least we shouldn’t. But I wouldn’t put winning the whole darn cup past this team.
z_mac10
Every team left is playoff caliber or in playoff contention. It’s a tough road but not impossible. Their destiny is largely in their hands, but some help from the other teams against CGY and WPG would be nice.

If we can go 2-2 next week we will have a decent shot I think. Just gonna be hard for that 2-2. I’m hopeful though.

I’d be surprised but as long as they remain competitive and kids grow I’m happy.

Realistically I don’t think this team is consistent enough to catch up. But Im still gonna watch every game and maybe they’ll prove me wrong
_Gassoff
This is actually the ideal schedule if you are taking matters into your own hands. To win the Stanley Cup you’re gonna have to go through these guys at some point, might as well start now.
keybored_with_no_ehs
They still control their own destiny, but Winnipeg is must win. If they lose it, they’re pretty much done.

No way and it doesn’t matter. This has been a great season because big changes are coming.
The ‘young guys need playoff experience’ crowd needs to understand it’s gonna be years before a deep run again, they’ll get experience building up to that.

It’s possible but that is a *tough* schedule
