Because the Leafs activated ROR and currently have Woll up, they don’t have the cap space to sign Knies. Anyone know if there’s a way to make it work?
Anyone watch the game? Just looking at the box scores and I donβt think Knies has a point in the frozen four?
Knies beat Boston, won a playoff round, and won in Amalie Arena?
All 3 are things we can’t do, he’s the key!
I watched the game and the gophers were the better team the whole game, BU did put up a good fight, but it was clear who was winning this one from the first 10 minutes.
I’m not sure I completely understand the hype on Knies (for this year). Yes he’s talented and has a decent ceiling, but who does he realistically push out of the current lineup? I saw some immature plays by him that just couldn’t happen in the playoffs. Better save a year on his ELC in my opinion.
My bold take for next season is that Knies has a better rookie year than Bedard
