One thing Tage being out of the lineup showed is how much our power play revolves around him. We look completely lost as to how to even set up and honestly I'd rather we just play 5 v 5 than get the man advantage, it usually just kills our momentum. Hopefully in the off season they rethink how we do power plays so Tage's 1 shot snipe is a game changer if the opponents leave him open and not the only tool in our toolbox.
I'm not gonna lie guys and Wayne, but UPL scares me alot. Let's hope they pull it off and we get help from others.
Sabres playing meaningful hockey in April. Levi starts and win. Playoffs or not it’s been a good season. I know Torts wants to beat the Penguins. Maybe we’ll get some help.

Beat the Flyers at last. Don't think I could take another loss to them in there current form. The Lightning smashed the Isles too so Buffalo is still alive in the hunt. What a season full of peaks and troughs. 😊

First time hitting the 80 point threshold since Eichel's rookie season. I'm not heavily concerned with the playoffs as I was hoping for 80-85 points before the season began. Very happy with the season and whatever happens from here.

What a game for Tuch! Man I wish he would deke a little bit more. He has the potential to score just as much as Thompson. He could have had several 5 goal games this year. He has a sick wrist shot but he should use his long reach more just like Tage. He gets possession a lot and a lot of shots on goal. It will be awesome if Tuch and Skinner can get 40 by the end of the season.

With Samuelsson in the lineup that leaves Stillman as the weakest link on the blueline and forces the AHLers out of the lineup. Makes a huge difference. If Levi is indeed our saving grace at goaltender then another top 4 defenseman is GMKA #1 priority this summer. Preferably a Samuelsson clone. Go Sabres! Finish strong boys!
Good win for the boys. As i said after Fridays win im hoping Granato alternates Levi & UPL in goal for the rest of the season as this might be a preview of our goalie tandem for next season.
If and when Tage comes back I would assume Olofsson comes out of the lineup.

Mittlestadt has been better the second half of the season, maybe it was awfulson bringing him down? He's stayed around -12 for +/-, while OLO continues his decline. I've been on the fence with OLO, but I would love to see him traded for D. I still have a hard time envisioning where Mitts fits in with all the young guys coming up…maybe the new Okie or Girgs?
I’ve said for the last couple months it’s coming down to the last game in Columbus and Buffalo will win it to slide in the 8th spot. Ill be driving down to go to it if it happens!
Greenway is now making me rescind my "trade him in offseason", he seems to be johnny on the spot. Probably the best thing that could happen with UPL is Levi signing, knowing he has to be his best or he won't get starts. 39 saves on 42 shots is a great game for UPL. Quinn is super confident in games now, the plays he makes as well as sniping goals. He is gonna be a superstar. He made quite a few zone entries with 3 or 4 flyers at the blue line. After 40mins the shots say 31 to 22 for flyers but it certainly doesn't feel that way. 3 points for Mitts, he has really filled Thompsons 1st line centre nicely. Great games and career year. See what he can do when healthy. Go Sabres
