It is certainly a nice place but definitely nicer if you make 💰💰💰
This is more important than people think. A lot of Canadian teams tend to find themselves on players no trade lists. If Vancouver can keep a strong reputation for a great place to live/play in it can help not only attract good free agents but also allow management to manage and get trades through, etc.
