You lost against their backup goalie. That’s not a good night.
They played hard and played well. They need to take another step though if they’re going to be successful.
I do understand where Keefe is coming from but gotta change the mindset from trying to doing if we want to move past the first round though. Especially with 5 or so games left.
The power play is a problem. Going to lose us another series.
At this point in the year, I think Keefe made a great comment here. No dwelling on this game. They played a more physical game than Boston and lost on an unreal play at the blue line.
Players need to stay focused and look towards the future – no sense dwelling on a loss against Boston at this point in the year. Great coaching comment in terms of having his players’ backs.
Now, if they lose to Boston in the 2nd round, I’ll kick myself for having this confidence in Keefe
The OT penalty review gave bostons pp1 a free time out. bull shit.
