The Oilers had a deep enough team last year… undone by defensive lapses, inconsistent goaltending and injuries. Draisaitl And McDavid lead the league in postseason scoring… despite Drai playing on one leg…

10/11 is great, but I mean.. they played the worst teams.
My wife actively despises Edmonton as a longtime Dallas fan, but Edmonton is where my family immigrated originally, so I've always felt a bond with the city. And even besides that I'm finding myself rooting for them, as a likely way for Cup to return to CAN, and because offensive powerhouses are the most fun. Go Edm.
