  1. The hope that Jack will find his starting role form should be put to rest now!…Declare Skinner the starter, and make Campbell the backup….Campbell has no confidence in his game whatsoever, goes down too early, goes side to side leaving large holes….The team needs to allow and prepare Skinner for the playoffs, physically and mentally. He can't be going into the playoffs wondering who's starting. Campbell should NOT start another game the rest of the way unless it's absolutely necessary, or to give Skinner a rest.

Ekholm, great night with 2 goals. Nashville: "Damn bud if you could score like that we would have kept you" Ekholm "You don't have McJesus, Draisaitl and the rest so I'll just win more things here instead". Look at the time on ice. Connor played the most, then Leon then our first defenseman Bouchard. Bouch got the minutes because he EARNED them. Honestly the depth shone through a lot in this game. First goal, pure depth. If you look at the more detailed stats you'll see that Bjugstad, Foegele, and Janmark had highly productive nights. Tonight we really won the faceoff battle. Five guys above 65% in the dot tonight totalling 39 of the faceoffs won vs 18 lost by those players. Hello. It's not like the others did awful either. Bjugstad had 17 faceoffs and won 8 of them. Jeremy Coupal wiped 3 possible goals off the board. In effect he got a hat trick. Yamo was buzzing. Reffing was awful. Kane played poorly. Look Campbell made a few big saves but it's like he's not set a lot of the time and his rebounds are really bad. Pitiful is really the word here. He's a big guy but he keeps trying to hug the ice opening up everything above him. Bjugstad really had a good game. He played limited minutes (wish Connor could have played 8 minutes LESS and had some of those given to the bottom six guys including Foegele and Bjugstad. Wish Kane was on the ice less too but for other reasons. He didn't help us this game. Loved the # of shots on net but still. Look it's 2 points. I'm good with 2 points.
