Well great season kids. Excited for the future without hynes

  2. Uncle_johns_roadie

It could be worse. I mean, Jets fans are going to wake up tomorrow and still be in Winnipeg.

    Poor bastards…

  3. Soto4Life

Just happy to watch meaningful hockey. The lessons these kids are learning and the experiences are absolutely invaluable

Please get rid of Hynes. The fact they coined the term punting for that style of playing is fucking awful. Get rid of this coach.

  6. soccrboy326

Let it be reminded to all that dump and chase hockey is terrible and this “punt” strategy is the stupidest thing ever

  7. Please_obtain_taco

I know he still needs to develop and has only played 16 games, but Egor has not looked good so far.

Also, Asplund was a terrible pickup

Edit: I’m not putting blame solely on Egor either, I understand most of it is Hynes bullshit.

Well now we need to win out and hope for the best basically.

Rough one but we played bad and idk what the fucking game plan was. Dubbing one play as fucking « punting » is not what you want to see. Hynes needs to go.

Also fuck the refs. Idk how many high sticks guys have eaten with no calls the last month but it’s been a fucking lot.

If the won… they’re in a playoff spot

If they lost… John « Let’s throw Rasmus Asplund out there when trying to score with the net empty » Hynes is closer to getting fired

    Win. Win.

Glad we’re gonna miss the playoffs by one point and have a shitty draft pick AND keep Hynes when anyone with an IQ over 15 could have seen we needed to tank 2+ years ago

  11. Rinne4Vezina

There better only be three more occasions I see John Hynes on my TV: Monday, Thursday and Friday.

    Karl Taylor, please.

NGL, loved every minute of this wild ride with the Kids, despite this outcome.

  13. Realistically, even though we’re still mathematically in it, this was probably the dagger. Winnipeg obviously outmatched us in every facet of the game, but you can’t fault the boys for much of anything. They didn’t have much of a chance after that abysmal 2nd period. Only thing I can think of critiquing is the “Hynes special” that he calls a a system. All that being said, Winnipeg is still on the verge of the biggest collapse in NHL history from leading their conference to missing the playoffs. It’s improbable that it’ll happen now, but the fact that it still can is a big reason as to why I’d imagine the Jets’ urgency was dialed up to 11 tonight. It’s sucks to lose, but we can’t be mad whatsoever

Let’s just have some fun the last few games and then send the ads back to milwuakee so they can win the calder cup 🙂

No playoffs this year, but couldn’t be more proud of the guys for dealing with everything they’ve had to this season

  16. ostricherox68

Well can’t say I enjoyed that one but at least they made it interesting down the last stretch of games we had

And for the love of God please let this be the last season we have to deal with Hynes

  17. Big-Benefit180

The only good tning is we may never have to watch a jon hynes led team in a big game situation ever again.

  18. Lawschoolishell

I’m really proud of our young guys. They’ve been exposed to the incredibly biased officiating they will continue to see and taken it like absolute champs. All heart no quit. Us making playoffs was always probably a pipe dream this year given the fact that we’ve had such bad injury luck. I’m excited for next year

  19. lizardgal10

Well, that hurt to watch. Time to start looking forward to next season I guess.
