  1. Two players resting in a must win game. That's weak. Luka should go to management and tell them I want out. Resting for a win or go home game is insane. That's like being down 3-2 and resting players in the playoffs. I can't believe any player would be happy about that. I think every player would want to play even if they were hurt. And worse resting them in game 81 of 82. You have all summer to rest.

  2. Nick is wrong here. If Luka went to management is said we are playing, and they didn't let players play who were healthy mind you and they said no. The Mavs have no respect for Luka as a leader. Luka played (not only mind you in a winnable game) who can't blame him is wrong if he didn't go and put him foot down that players are playing.

  3. HORRIBLE take from Wildes. Basically asking Luka to stage a full-on mutiny and cost his teammates and coaching staff their relationships with management. And I guess this was before it was announced but Luka only played one quarter so obv management has their foot on his neck too

  4. It's time you guys realize Kyrie Irving is a team wrecker. Nobody cares what he did a decade ago playing alongside the second greatest player ever.

  5. A report had already come out when they went on air that Luka was only playing the first quarter and he was only playing at all because it was Slovenian night for the Mavs.

I love Luka, but Nicks wrong here (bias is there with his guys across sports) and this was an incredibly weak move.

  6. Looking forward to Mondays segment and the updated comments when people realize that Luka was not out there to play to win

  7. If there hadnt been the German Legend Dirk, with an absoultely incredible Work Ethic and Drive, Mark Cuban would be maybe considered as the worst owner in Basketball😮

  8. People need to quit showing up to the last 15 games of the season. Teams need to be on notice that the money flow will stop if they decide to not put their best team out on the floor

  9. Nick just likes to hear himself talk he doesn’t actually listen to anyone else.

  10. Very interesting question Nick poses “how is the guy playing being blamed for the guys not playing?” Sounds like what Russ went through with LAL and the media had no problem assigning that blame 🤷🏽‍♂️

  11. They did the smart thing that team wasn’t going anywhere although I hated it and wanted Luka and they guys to play

  12. Mavs were fools gold last year. Suns beat themselves. Kyrie tanks every organization. Luca would have been great in the 90s. It's a team game.

  13. For all of you that are just so surprised by Luka being responsible for the "others" is just crazy.

As the leader, you are responsible for what the people below you on the totem pole fail and succeed to do. If you're saying Luka isn't the/a leader then say that instead.

At the end of the day, the leader will always take the flack/blame/responsibility for the actions the "others" take. We really gone sit here and act like we don't have these leadership discussions about KD and Kyree? Don't none of yall cape up for them when the show says the "others" on their teams fail to meet expectations.

  14. "um actually mr. cuban and mr. kidd, im gonna play tonight and theres nothing you can do to stop me!" christian wood in wildes and bru's fairy tale world

  15. The people saying they feel bad for nick when he has some of the most ridiculous takes. And is one of the most annoying characters on tv. You peoples are weird.

  16. Brou and Wildes had the dumbest take on this one. If management says "were shutting it down" it means were shutting it down. Luka aint on Lebron level yet.
