It could be over tonight. If the Isles and Panthers win and we lose, it's officially over. Hopefully at least one of them falls tonight and we win. Keep this alive as long as possible.

Play Levi until we're mathematically out of the playoff race. Definitely play Anderson against the Sens. If the Sabres play like they did against the Canes, they should be able to beat the Rangers. "Let's Goat Buffalo!"
The clock could strike midnight tonight for the boys. Both the Panthers and Islanders play tonight, and I do not trust the Caps to beat the Isles, nor do I trust Toronto to even ice a competitive lineup against Florida with already clinching home ice.
I like the idea with Anderson.. but at the same time, last I looked he's on the injured list nursing an injury… so who knows… it might just be a mild owie.. I still would prefer we win out and make those other teams get a tad bit nervous.. not to mention have to play full out because a loss could cause them major trouble.. though there are still 3 of them above us… Florida is the only one with teams that I feel can beat them.. the other two are playing creme puffs to end the year. So here's to a few upsets for both NYI and PIT…
We're into sudden death. I'm cool as it's not in Buffalo's hands even if they keep winning, all the same it would be nice to stay alive until the end. The Rangers will not play hard so close to playoff time and little chance of switching positions, they can beat Jersey without home ice. (I'm pulling for Jersey though) Sabres can take this. 😊

Why do we call the Sabres hockey player "boys" and not men, or the guys, or just the Sabres? I kind of get it, kind of terms of endearment and all. All the player haver their nicknames in hockey, I get it, too. But they are men in my book like all pro athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, etc.

Sorry Roam but I love 3 on 3 hockey. I know it’s played way different than 5 on 5 hockey but I love the skill set that gets displayed when it’s 3 v 3. The speed, the importance of possession, the huge saves. It’s really exciting and I think it’s perfectly fine albeit very different than regulation hockey. Also go Sabres!
I see Thompson is in, but moved to the 3rd line and mitts is taking his place. How long that lasts, who knows. But that's how the practice lineup went. Levi was first to leave ice so they said they expect him to start. He may even play all of the games unless they lose this one

Roam, I’ve thought about the strength of these games coming for the Islanders and Panthers, we really really should be rooting for the Islanders to lose tonight again the caps, as I believe they play and easy team after. Panthers we really need them to lose to the Leafs and also the Hurricanes. Possible but still difficult. Of course, we’d have to win out .
It's got to be Levi. Our other goalies have already proved the entire season that they are not clutch and don't have what it takes to make the big saves when we need them most.
