Honestly Wayne Simmonds and Jakub Voracek were amazing when they were on the same line. Ninja Ginga Combo!
MaAreYouOnUppers
I miss them in LA too. Although Richards definitely fell off at the end there.
Bradapiller
Wow they were already hinting at a move to CA

Chris Drury and Daniel Briere. They weren’t traded but both left for FA at the same time. The start of Buffalo’s downfall.

Carter traded to CBJ for 1st round pick (Couturier) and 22 year old Jakub Voracek.
Richards traded to LAK for 23 year old Wayne Simmonds and Brayden Schenn, who was 20 at the time.
Not sure why you’d wish they weren’t traded

I loved Richards

throwback but Heatley and Spezza

The trio of Naslund-Morrison-bertuzzi could’ve been awesome if they stayed together, but the reasons they didn’t were understandable, and getting Luongo for bertuzzi worked out, as well as letting the twins move to the top line
american45-2
Hamonic and Towes for the isles

Not necessarily a pair and I get why they did it but it will never not make me sad that fleury didn’t get to retire a penguins with Malkin Letang and Crosby

Keith Primeau was one of the best captains the team ever had but I can’t help but wonder what could have been if we kept Brind’amour

Scott Hartnell would disagree

I was stoked about the pairing of Seth Jones and Zach Werenski to be a long term piece of the Jackets under Torts

I loved Richie…Carts not so much. He had a few killer years here, but I just didn’t connect as a fan.
The pair I miss is probably LeClair/Lindros, but they weren’t really split by trade.
Hey_look_new
I wish the salary cap happened in 1982
Gretzky, messier, Coffey, kurri(he left cause Wayne did) all could have been kept, likely

For me there was nothing better than Henrik Zetterberg an Pavel Datsyuk. That was magic on ice

As a Sharks’ fan, I would have to say Patty and Jumbo or Jumbo and Burns. Burns was the only one traded but it was a sad day when they broke up either of these bromances.

I’ll always miss Doug Gilmour and Wendel Clark. Obviously trading an older Clark for a young Sundin was an excellent move, but still, miss Gilmour/Clark.

Was also a fan of Sundin/Roberts.
