Remember when Brady Tkachuk challenged the entire Red Wings bench and everyone looked down at their skates? I hope that’s addressed in the draft and via trade before next season.
Not talking about a goon…need 2 or 3 guys that are skilled and will take Brady up on his offer next time.
As painful as the extended rebuild is, I think focusing on the Seider / Raymond / edvinsson core is the right path forward. We could have got in the playoffs this year imo but did the right thing and pushed it back 2 years to really build a team that could win something.

Hanas, Wallinder and the wildcard Buchelnikov are the prospects im most excited and optimistic about besides the obvious prospects in the first pic.
Buchelnikov is so boom or bust like Cossa that I can’t wait until his KHL contract expires to see

Can’t convince me it’s just unlucky that we’ve only fallen in the draft, especially when we were dead last, by far. May not be fixed, but shits not right, for sure.

Seems like it’s such a gamble when you look at stuff like this. Man obviously knows what he’s doing and is making all the best decisions. Still no sign that any of it will pay off in the form of a winning hockey team.
