The reason Woll couldn’t be used as an ECU yesterday is because the Leafs used the available cap space to recall Woll, to sign Knies.

I feel like they should have started the EBUG last night allowing Florida an easier chance at points and getting into the playoffs and save Samsonov for Tampa. I have a feeling there will be a lot of fuckery going on coming after the Leafs stars and it will be especially worse in a meaningless game with an EBUG.
