That’s okay, this is their Stanley Cup

  2. stumpybubba

Just fuck everything about that game.

  3. kirill_da_thrill

46 seconds left in the game. Possible future playoff opponents, and you crosscheck one of their top offensive talent right between the should pads and pants, in the ribs?????

  4. Thel3lues

Of course they would fucking cheap shot MoJo with 30 seconds left because injuring Kaprizov wasn’t enough. Hope that garbage fucking city loses their team again

  5. RabbiGoku

Rick Bowness is a fat cunt and Winnipeg blows without their goaltender.

  6. piantissimofan00

Now we’re all Avs fans for the rest of the season

  7. wally125

Rick Bowness looks like Samwise Gamgees dad, he should probably shut the fuck up.

  8. needlesupmyass

The Jets all gathering to celebrate after the game was their version of Pat Bev standing on the scorer’s table, except way lamer

  9. TheSkeletones

Fuck the jets, but seriously fuck this pussy play style that we rolled out knowing that there was still shit to play for. Either play to win or keep the AHLers in and the Top skaters out. Pathetic display for 95% of the game.

  10. Cobalt316

Not really into the whole « don’t try until the 3rd period » tactic we’ve been using the last 3 games…

    Updated Most Hated Teams:
    1. Blues 2.Jets 3.Stars

I fucking hate everything about Winnipeg again.. bunch of fucking goons.

  12. Mriddle74

It’s a shame that game got as out of hand as it did. We are in trouble if we have to play our first playoff series without Ek *and* Johansson. Hoping both of them get healthy asap.

  13. expungant

What a dirty team. Almost have to rest your good players whenever you play them lest they get injured

  14. basketcase-nimrod

im laughung my ass of at the fact foligno got a misconduct. what’d he say that’s so bad he got tossed lmao

  15. CloudViking19

I just finished as I had to handle bedtime with the little one tonight. What the fuck was this? The league should be absolutely embarrassed. All officials should be relieved. What a joke and loss of control.

  16. Kurt4413

The amount of Jets clowns commenting on our sub

  17. digitalpunk30

I think the Wild should only play 4 guys at a time. That is when they seem to play their best.

    Klingberg had a baaaaad game.

Fuck the jets and fuck that game though regardless of win/loss

  18. Seraphax

Oh boy jets fans so proud they won once this season against the Wild after being dunked on 3 times previously. What a garbage fan base and dirty bunch of fuck heads

  19. xEphr0m

Ever notice Jets fans are constantly saying *insert team they’re playing* is the dirtiest team in the league? It’s like they’re playing in front of mirrors

  20. JustaRoosterJunkie

Late in the game, when someone gets really hurt, remember all the dipshits spouting the bullshit “wE dOnT wAnT sOmEoNe To BrEaK a HaNd” when the we were being put physicality played early.

Use the appropriate force for the situation, and don’t let up just because your playoff spot has been clinched.

  21. jmaldonado15

One positive Carter made it out alive of that one

  22. Conscious_Sea_163

well on a more positive note:

thought rossi did better tonight. His lines were consistently creating in the O zone and he made a couple nice plays. He won’t be a dynamic player for us this year, but he looked like a guy who can fill in in a smaller role in the playoffs. Going above 50% xG on a night not many wild players did is obviously good. I’d be interested to see him on a line with boldy in nashville, just for the hell of it.

Faber should be playing in the playoffs. Merrill-Klingberg is an absolute trainwreck.

Hope mojo is ok. That could be a problem.

  23. addam44

It seems like the jets always injure one of our players. We lost I get it that’s fine, but seriously why play so recklessly

  24. Panarin10

Reaves should have fucked up someone the 1st second of the game for what they did to Kaprizov last time. We had to wait until another one of our top 6 forwards got injured for Reaves to fight someone. Better late than never but disappointed we didn’t smash these fuckers from the get go.

Next time we play these bitches someone better go after Pionk and Stanley if he still has a job in the NHL.

  25. Durge88

The refs let this one slide big time. Also noticed Logan Stanley wasn’t on the ice. Shocker there

  26. odin_the_wiggler

Build a wall on the Northern border. 🙂

  27. PepperWilling4393

Probably a lot of that doesn’t happen if reaves doesnt board the shit out of a guy and then jump another. Finish your checks and fight it you can but that was so stupid. Winnipeg had something coming but what’s the point if this is the result?

  28. Nesquik_Powder

Report any Jets fans causing problems

  29. the best part is the jets morons saying wild payed off the refs and the wild are the goon team…like u guys intentionally injured kap, and tried to do it again, and then intentionally injured mojo… like what?

  30. fastal_12147

Get fucked, Jets. Have fun getting railed by Vegas

  31. Nesquik_Powder

Also some bush league shit from them tonight I hope Blake wheeler takes a slap shot off the ankle

  32. I remember a discussion (maybe on r/hockey) about rivalries. Wild have them but none were ever heated/hated like the Battle of Alberta, Leafs/Bruins etc. Ladies and gentlemen I think we now officially have that type of rivalry.

Game notes. Wild mostly had the better play, some unlucky bounces going the other way and holy fuck the 3 missed wide open fucking nets!!! See folks already writing the playoffs off before they even start. That being said, Wild need to play a complete 60 minutes, not set back get scored on and then try and scramble to catch up.

  33. Zushenko

It’s really crazy to me how Winnipeg fans really love how their team is consistently one of the dirtiest in the league and celebrate when they injure players. Its like a team of Landeskogs.

  34. catsrgreat4u

I hope we meet these bitches again in round 3.

  35. Fantastic-Lobster-79

Jets players and shitty cross checks: name a better duo.

    Looking at you Morrissey.

  36. Winnipeg is the worst kind of goon squad, clueless and boring.

  37. Evil_Knot

The jets celebrated after winning the game like they just won the cup. Then you got that fuckface bowness trying to stare down Evason like he’s gonna do something. Lets be honest jets fans, your coach is physically the least intimidating coach (even boudreau was scarier) I’ve ever seen, but we’re talking about Dean fucking Evason, the dude that has probably murdered some people. Can’t wait to see the boys toss around those rink rats again.

  38. Arewe_havingfunyet

Ok but WHO do they want us to put out there if they’re going to break a top 6 player’s ribs with 45 seconds left??

  39. KarateKicks100

Yeah this was a hard game to watch.

    1. We played like dogshit for 2 periods

    2. We got insanely unluckly bounces.

    3. Fleury needs to stay in his fucking crease and stop flopping around

    4. Rossi still looks invisible

    5. We decide trying to injure the other team would be better than winning? Just play the AHLers again if you don’t want to win.

    6. We really needed some semblence of cohesion going into the playoffs and we didn’t get it. We gave up home ice. We looked like ass burgers.

    7. I’m still gonna hope they do well in the playoffs even though I know better. But sigh…go Wild.

  40. BSBFishLicker

Fucking Trevor Hansen. I don’t think we’ve won a game with him as a ref.

  41. Any-Sun-498

Is JEEK’s leg broken? Or is it a fracture? Has either been confirmed by Russo?

  42. spinorama29

Lmao at Linnipeg fans saying hartman’s hit was dirty but pionk was clean

  43. MightyMiami

JEEK was on the ice after the game doing the Season Ticket Member jersey giveaway. He was walking slow, but fine and not awkward. No brace or crutches. He could have been wearing a splint, but was obviously putting weight on his legs.

  44. From the games perspective: we got goalied hard and when we built some momentum the refs came to aid the Jets. Nothing more to say except I won’t be mad as long as Hellbuyck plays like this in the first round and stomps Vegas.

But the discipline. First a high sticking to Kaprizov’s face that could have easily been a double minor if the league gave a shit about protecting players, then a crosscheck on MoJo that was called just because at that point it had no impact on the game.

Let’s hope MoJo is ok and get ready for game1. With a literally useless game in Nashville I can see a turnover like yesterday in Chicago (if Colorado gets at least one point we’re guaranteed 3rd place, so it won’t matter if we beat Nashville).
