    How are our hearts supposed to take at least 4 more games of that!?

  2. toedragrelease

    Tampa has to be absolutely gutted right now 😈 **THE BRICK WOLL**

  3. cbal41990

    #JOSEPH WOLL IS A TORONTO MAPLE LEAF

  4. IlikeTurtles1308

    Woll is absolutely showing us if anything happens to Sammy he should be the guy.

    Are lineup were pretty mix match tonight, I thought he was outstanding man. Especially at the end.

    Also knives is absolute beauty. He’ll be fan favourite in no time. Type of guys that young and old Leaf fans will just Love. Can’t get over how strong he is with the puck two games into his career.

  5. leafman4000

    Hahaha bolts playoff lineup lost to the sheldon keefe shitpost

    Also on the second half of a B2B lol

  6. oatmealleafer

    Jake McCabe at $2M for this season and the next two is fucked

  7. recurringdollar

    Jake Fucking McCabe. Retire that jersey bby!!!

  8. PuckOff90

    That was a intense game. WOW, J. WOLL!

  9. AdamAAndrews

    Those points may be important because if we win the next game we can finish above rangers and devils potentially

  10. HydroidZero

    There’s no way you can criticize Dubas for the job he’s done with the defense.

    Jake McCabe is a fucking monster

  11. allusions14

    Just different feels with ROR, Acciari, McCabe and Schenn against Tampa.

  12. 8J-QgvCfkqllcg

    Jesus Christ, there are some miserable fucks in the GDT.

  13. Gloomy-Can706

    If you needed any more proof that officiating in this league is completely one sided and backwards, look no further than Tampa fans watching this game and actually believing they are the ones who got shafted by officiating. The fact that this is something a human being could actually believe after watching that game should tell you how broken the officiating in this league is and how much the refs just hand them everything on almost every occasion.

    edit: Some evidence for you guys if you think I’m making this up

    https://www.reddit.com/r/TampaBayLightning/comments/12j45q5/is_it_me_or_do_these_refs_calls_seem_unfair/

    « It’s called we’re a hockey team in Florida and they’re an Original Six team located in the hockey capital of the League. »

    You can’t make this up lol

    This is how broken officiating is in this league. These fans are so used to seeing the refs just hand games to them because they are Bettmans golden child, they think this game favored us from an officiating perspective lol

  14. mcmike8

    McCabe with the best shot blocking I’ve ever seen.

  15. We are better than Tampa, we have shown what we’re capable of now vs Boston and with a weak lineup vs Tampa. They can’t physically dominate us anymore, and our goalkeeping is much better than last year. We fucking got this boys

  16. ArthasCousland

    I know it was a nothing game on a second half of a back to back, but I’m really glad we beat them. Now let’s do it four more times (please)

  17. justinreddit1

    McCabe and Schenn are such important nonchalant pickups and then add O’Reilly. My god.

  18. Redemption9001

    Knies looking good. And he will only be getting better game after game!

  19. BravoBet

    Rested TBL with their star players lost to an AHL team on a back to back with Timmins playing forward and our 3rd string goaltender in net.

  20. canipickit

    This is a very big win for us because it included no points from Matthews, Marner (obviously). But there’ll be playoff games where we gotta still win when they aren’t in it fully

  21. JediKnight5313

    McCabe is an absolute fucking dog. That is a man among boys. Schenn was a fucking beast out there. You could tell Tampa expected to come in and bully us but this team did not back down and they will not back down.

    ROR was a stud in the last 5 minutes and that’s exactly what you need in shut down minutes.

    There’s nothing more to be said about Woll. He looked phenomenal. You have to go with the hot hand in the post season, right now it’s Sammy and Woll. Sammy and Woll are the guys next year. It just depends on what it will cost to move Murray after this season.

    I’m starting to believe boys.

  22. jackson12121

    That was what you might call a « statement » win.

    We stated we aren’t going to be pushed around.

    We stated we have secondary offense.

    We stated we have goaltending.

    We stated we are for real.

  23. DangleCellySave

    Biggest thing I noticed is they cant dominant us physically at all. Schenn, O’Reilly, Accari are all willing to get in there, make hits, and protect our stars

  24. shindleria

    The Lightning are nothing without the officials and this game was such a microcosm of their entire season. They would miss out on a wildcard without them.

  25. howsshegoin

    cooper seething and coping that not enough leaf players got hurt while he was getting a lesson in nhl coaching via keefe

    his game plan was clear and should be investigated. that kind of trash has no place in the game. ridiculous what toxic manbabies the entire tampa organization are.

  26. * 2 best players rested
    * Gio rested
    * Second night of a back to back
    * AHL Goalie
    * EBUG backing
    * Wing is the 9th DMan
    * 8 PKs
    * Playing a man short
    * Tampa full rested and playing their full strength team.
    * A game that does not matter

    LEAFS are for REAL!!! Am I missing anything???

  27. niloy_r

    Nylander quietly had an amazing game 🎯

  28. InsufferableLeafsFan

    Listen, I’m not going to go ahead and name my first born son “Kyle,” because well…. Kyle. But at this rate I’ll be darned if I don’t name my first born daughter Sault Ste. Marie.
