hit only looks bad because he is low and Tkachuk doesnt drop down so the shoulder goes into the head but its a legal clean hit. shouldnt have been a fight after but its Matthew so you know any chance he's scrapping. Why did you leave out the Brady losing his edge/ falling on purpose that took out the Ottawa goalie? That was the only reckless play in the entire game that supports your title. It could have seriously injured the goalie. If you don't think Brady lost his edge on purpose, you're delusional.
I believe the Tkachuk brothers are dirty hockey players but so was Wendel Clark and several other players. This style of hockey is slowly being replaced with what I call the European style. This is more like women's hockey to me. If that's what they want, especially with the NHL now going woke, then they will ultimately lose all the Canadian fans, which we are many! I don't watch girl's hockey.

American’s are ruining hockey with their modern rules. They think that because the rules exist in US minor hockey that a) the same rules exist in minor hockey every where else and b) that the NHL should enforce rules in similar fashion.
I’m not saying all Americans are like this. That’s obviously not the case. Especially when discussing a video about the Tkachuks. But the only people I hear saying things like “blindside hit.” or “It was dirty… he didn’t even try to play the puck.” Are American’s who grew up playing or watching US minor hockey.
Minor hockey in Canada, CIS, CHL, and pro teams don’t employ such ass backwards rules. American’s need to wake up to this fact.
