  1. Surprised you can't see all the cake packed into those nostrils with that camera angle there, jack.

  2. That the most comfortable interview I've ever seen from Jack. Great interview thanks for this

  3. Vegas fans are fooling themselves they miss Alex Tuch. I know Vegas is still casual when it comes to hockey but here's some advice from a fan in Buffalo. Vegas has been built on big talented forwards that are not self absorbed since they came into the league. Dudes like Stone, Tuch, Pietreangelo, Theodore and more. Don't let anyone fool you Vegas misses Tuch and so does their fanbase. Eichel is just a name at this point now. If Vegas had the chance to make this trade again they would walk away. Tuch is the better player and half the cost. Vegas got hosed. Buffalo also plays in a division where it's last place team gets like 80 points a year and Vegas plays in the west which is trash.

  4. More NHL, fellas! There's a whole huge market full of us NHL fans for you guys to exploit. Lol.

  5. We’re more than happy with Tuch and Krebs. Not only are they both great players, but they both are great representations of who great Buffalo Sabres are. Tuch is a hometown kid who literally can’t go one interview without talking about how proud he is to wear the Sabres crest and represent our city on and off the ice. Eichel needs to stop acting like the only reason he wanted out was because they wouldn’t let him get the surgery. He requested a trade the previous year and quit on the team and our fan base long before that. How can you admit that you wanted out the year before and then try to say that the only reason you wanted out was because of the surgery situation the year after? When a 19-20 player claims that he is by far the best player in the league and in his draft class, and is arrogant enough to give a professional sports team an ultimatum and say that he won’t play if they hire a coach after just playing 1 professional season, you know what type of person he is. Also I have met him at Sabres events before. I was 14 the first time at this charity event that the Sabres put on. He was a bit of an asshole and you could immediately tell that he was definitely shitfaced (so were most of the younger players from that roster). I’m glad we finally have a Sabres team who love to play for their teammates, the fans, and seem like genuinely good people.

  6. Steph Diggs summed it up. All about the situation and fitting into yours

  7. We are better off with out him. As soon as he left the culture changed. The coach obv helped to but more power to jack. Kinda hard not to make the plays with a team who spends like Vegas. Tuch only played in 6 games more than eichel and had 11 more points and tage was a monster. We now have 4 30+ goal scorers. He just wasn’t the leader we needed but I wish him well.

  8. Jack had every chance in the world to be a “Josh Allen” type figure in Buffalo, but instead he decided he hated it here and life was awful. All a year after signing a 8 year, $80 million dollar deal with the Sabres.

  9. Alex Tuch alone would’ve been a good trade for this punk but to also get a number one pick and Krebs make this trade in no-brainer. Vegas got taken on this one😂

  10. Living in Vegas must suck. I hate that city. But obviously he has a great career.

  11. As someone who live in Buffalo, the rumor was eichel was just hated in the locker room and he went out partying every night doing substances. But who knows. I loved him on the ice tho

  12. Loved the interview, huge respect for Jack. However as a Jets fan, you boys are going down for that tragic Conference finals in 2018. Cup's coming to Canada!

  13. As a life long Sabres fan, I believe Buffalo fans in general are so bitter against Jack E. simply because he is no longer part of the team more than any personal thing. He's elite and was a Sabre. It's never going to be easy to see him come back in another jersey.

  14. The dude literally was a dickhead to people around the rink towards the end, via Andrew Peters and Rob ray(Sabres broadcaster/Sabres analysts). The sabres didn't help the dude but he didn't help himself either and also has an rumored drug(Cocaine) problem. I get bitching but being a captain and literally only being a captain because you were the best player and being silver spoon fed from the moment he arrived shouldn't have happened. Dudes a stud no ones questioning that but being a stud doesn't give you reason to be a dick to everyone.

  15. I obviously don’t know Jack and I’m sure both sides could have handled it better but I can’t believe that Buffalo messed his tenure up so bad. All over his decision for his own health. It sucks

  16. I speak for most Buffalonians we are way way happier with Tuch and Krebs and Greenaway and Kulich

  17. Inject this straight into my veins. NHL players on PML needs to happen more often. And Jackie was close! 28% of the NHL is American players

  18. Way better NHL interviews available! This guy, overpaid, overhyped and never delivered even a 40 goal season…. Don’t say it couldn’t be done in buffalo Tage Thompson just did it!
