   I criticize some of Jarmo’s mistakes like the Gudbranson signing and hiring Larsen, but he’s the kind of person I respect the most. Always owning his mistakes and committed to getting better. Firm and blunt when needed like to that reporter who asked about the firing of coaches. He has made mistakes as GM and I don’t think he’s currently one of the best GM’s around the league, but he’s an fantastic leader and improving on his mistakes.
