I’m hoping we resign Sammy for a one year QO and see how it goes. Long term deals for goalies with limited consistency don’t generally age well. Let’s see him repeat it next year with Woll and decide after another season. We just have to QO him for one more year at a low hit

The Leafs have a great team but goaltending wins series. You need a goalie that can steal games. Sammy (and less so Woll just because a smaller sample size) is the first Leaf goalie that has had that ability in a long time.
It’s very hard to get any hopes up, but this season and team feels different.
