Minnesota Wild went through the same thing. First 8 or 9 years you couldn’t buy a ticket to save your life. Then the product started slipping and by years 11-12 Wild couldn’t give tickets away. This leads to to crazy contracts with Parise and Suter to get fans back, and now things have sort of stabilized with not a great team and an ok fan base. Wild season ticket holders aren’t a whole lot happier either, but the wild do work on the customer appreciation side of things.

Am I the only one that really doesn’t get this whole true north threatens to leave thing? Granted I’ve maybe watched the video twice, but I never got this take away. Does true north need to work on the whole fan experience? 100% but this whole « true north threatens fans » thing seems like a bunch of garbage

Lost me after “bully pulpit tactic”. Was it out of touch and a little tone deaf? Absolutely. Was it a personal attack on the fanbase that has merited this much outrage? No

Three words. Out of touch.
