  1. Thank you so much SPORTSNET for posting this!!! It's an extraordinarily amazing play by Brock Faber. He fricking saved the game right there. Great job, Faber. Great job. LET'S GO WILD!!!!!

  2. I'm not sure whether it's more heroic that it saved the game or that it will have stopped us from remembering Zuccarello falling down by tomorrow morning

  3. Can we just appreciate for a minute
The Mustache of the defenseman Jake Middleton

  4. I don't care who you cheer for. The story of Brock Faber this year is a great story regardless of whatever the future may hold for him.

  5. I’m a Minnesota Gopher fan and a Stars fan so too see this as a young 18 year old this was incredible by Brock Faber to save the game like that because the stars fans in the crowd thought Marchment missed it! Too see this in person was incredible! but what a poke check and play by the rookie!

  6. A stretch here obviously as we are only in game one and Minnesota is Minnesota but it would be insane to watch this kid lose the championship and then win the Stanley Cup all in the same year playing for his home team.

  7. Playing college hockey just two weeks ago what? I thought college players needed more time, I thought they didn't play enough games. Guess not eh?

  8. 1. Shooter just shot it high
    2. Goalie would've saved it had it been on net

  9. It’s hard to see what it deflected off of. Did it glance off his stick blade or something? To me it looks like the shot went wide haha

  10. Just think, less than 2 weeks ago he was playing for a College National Championship!!

  11. Now the Kings can see our side of the Fiala trade. Guerin targeted Faber + their number one last spring. Could be a solid D for a long time 💯

  12. When GMGB made that trade, he'd surely seen Faber in person (MN Gophers) and certainly saw Fiala's act of disappearing when the going got tough. He knows what it takes to make a cup run since Fiala was going to be gone anyways, a first-round pick vs a sure thing was a no-brainer.
