A leafs player would know better than anybody else about being chirped by a Toronto sports fan.

    This tracks.

I think this quote completes Marner’s hat trick tonight.

Do we actually know what happened yet? Nothing I’ve seen on video seems bad yet lol just some heckling.

Thought I heard announcers on ESPN say something about the fan trying to get over the glass.

Can’t see that happening as it seems security would have ejected him immediately, not stand around like they were waiting for yellow hoodie guy to calm down and kick him out when he wouldn’t.

Whatever, would be good to see footage if they got it, but hard to guess without it.

Fuck it, climb in. They can’t suspend a fan

The highs are very high and the lows are very low

This is why I don’t understand why people get mad when fans show both sides of that emotion. It’s all passion under different circumstances

I think Cooper is a goon coach. The Sunset Beach Bullies. The NHL is allowing the Lightening to drag them back to cave man hockey. A Canadian team wouldn’t get away with this nonsense. You can’t tell me that Jon Cooper wasn’t trying to incite the fans last night late in the game by using his goons. It’s why the refs tossed three of them from the game. They knew what he was up to and he goes unpunished. What Perry did to Bunting in their last meeting of the regular season was interference and cross checking and maybe even intent to injure. Yet because he’s Corey Perry and this is how he plays, he goes unpunished. This series is nothing more than a revisiting of the Broad Street Bullies era of hockey. The only difference is that the Leafs are fighting back. Way to go NHL. Another blackeye for your record. It’s time to move on from Gary Bettman. Little man syndrome.

has the league announced if the fans are going to be investigated? from the twitter reaction it sounds as if there were multiple crimes committed and some unacceptable chanting
