I’m a fan. I think it’s a no-brainer that you sign him to a one year AHL contract and see how he does. doesn’t tie up a contract spot with the big club (we’re tight until we can unload some deadwood) and let him show that he’s not just doing well in the CHL because he’s older. If it’s true that he’s a play driver there’s a good chance he does well, players like that translate well to a better league – Harvey-Pinard being a good example.
Isn’t it crazy how a 5th round pick has better production than mesar and 1st round pick
