To anyone who still thinks that the refs favor the Wild, I'd like to point out that Collin Miller executed a picture perfect DDT on a Wild player that wouldn't have looked out of place in any WWE ring, but somehow the refs gave both players roughing penalties. Or the fact that there was an embellishment call against the Wild so bad that the players were visibly mocking it on the ice. Heck of a game to be my first NHL playoff game to see in person.
Dallas did not show up tonight. Heiskanen was clearly being focused by minnesota. Seemed like anytime he tried to do something on the blue line he had serious pressure on him. No one was able to pick up the slack. Felt like Dallas had no oppertunities in the 2nd and 3rd . They just got absolutely shut down.
Well, quite expectedly, unfortunately. A 7-goals game is way too often followed by a drought.
It appears that Stars got two heavy underperformers. Robertson is still nothing his regular season performance — for the second playoffs in the row, to mention. I was hoping that a previous game would bring him some confidence. Did not happen…
Hakanpää is just not good. At least, in the playoffs heat. He's just becoming a liability.
Pavs getting hurt turned the series. Wild play dirty and cheap they took out Pavs because it was the only way they were gonna have a chance. Stars may very well lose the series because of no Pavs, it messed up their mojo. However Wild won’t make it past the 2nd round- their luck will stop there. – Stars Fan.
