Jets are definitely doing a good job of making this series close. Winnipeg could be down 2-0 in the series but instead it’s tied 1-1.

Mcnabb returned and took a couple shifts before the end of the game. Should be alright for game 3. And Wild Bill deserved First Star and didnt even get one! Appreciate all you do Shannon!
Just amazed at the 3 star selections….I sometimes wonder if the person picking them knows anything about hockey. Karlsson was the ONLY Knight to play well in the 1st period, got their first goal, added another assist and completely shut down the Dubois line that dominated the first game. Geez! Add to that Pietrangelo had 2 assists and was one of only 2 players (Martinez) who were plus 3 for the game. Oh, well…..good to see the Knights wake up for the last 2 periods. They were outshot 17 to 8 in the 1st and then outshot the Jets 31 to 16 the rest of the way.
Loving the people saying the 2nd Stone goal was offsides. #1 it was the 4th goal. Winnipeg only scored 2. #2 it’s up to the Winnipeg coach to challenge it….why didn’t he?
This is the only game Vegas wins! LB is not a playoff goalie, just the team in front of him! Helle was bandaided, glued, and stitched this evening. No excuse but Jets have to play sixty(60) minutes of hockey! Get better, Shannon! Keep it up!

Great bounce back game by the Knights. That 1st Period had me nervous, they came out really flat and uninterested. Something woke them up in 2nd and then we got that energetic Mark Stone at the end that we love.

Attended the game. Knights continued game 1 in the first period. Flat as a flounder! 2nd period the Knights we are used to woke up. Eichels goal ignited the arena. Surrounded by Oilers fans for some reason. Several were cheering for the Knights. Wanting an Oilers vs Knights series maybe? That would be a good series that would probably go to a game 7.

Eichel wins his first PO game after 8 years in the league.
That Karlsson goal in the second period flipped a switch for Vegas. After that, Vegas was the better team and it wasn’t particularly close. They had a shaky start to the series but I like their odds even more after that game.

Vegas is a much better road team than they are a home team so this is certainly going to be a solid series.
As a Winnipeg Knights fan I'm looking forward to seeing them live now that they have hopefully woken up!
That was a really weak performance by the Jets. Turnovers and lost puck battles until Vegas was able to find their game in the last half.
Jets can't capitalize means they can't win, should of been up 2 goals in the first.
Jets have no business being in the playoffs.

Not only was Scheifele invisible and weak on the boards and corners, he turned the puck over causing goals and didn't take his man in front of our net causing goals. Scheifele was a huge liability last night. Sad.
Thank God actual Vegas showed up because they looked like one of the worst teams in the playoffs through 4 periods and it was going to be a really unwatchable series. They have to keep playing like "desperate, the series is pretty much over if we go down 2-0" the rest of the way because they look woefully slow the rest of the time.

Is there any doubt now what Stone means to Vegas? Only 2 players really played the 1st period: Karlsson and Brossoit. Once the VGK got going it was really never in doubt.
I don't like short series, sweeps aren't a good thing, teams get too much time off and get full of themselves, they get cocky. Besides, 6 & 7 game series are more exciting, plus more hockey. Don't y'all hate those empty days during the playoffs when your team isn't playing because they had a 4 or 5 game series? Gimme 7 games every time.
Yeah, there's still snow here. Our spring starts in the middle of May last for two weeks of thunderstorms then 3 months of summer in temps that literally kill people, then a month of thunderstormy autumn in September and back into an ice sheet covering for 8 months. Watching hockey is the only thing to do here for a majority of the year.
It kinda feels like the Jets got frustrated that their pressure didn't result in more than a single goal. Broissoit was fine, but really the Jets didn't get dangerous chances and moreso made him look good. Conner couldn't get the puck up enough, and no one could get lumber on the puck in the net-front scrambles. We are sorely missing some scoring from the likes of Ehlers and Perfetti. The WPG PP also looks boring and bad, cycle it around until they get a side of net shot from Conner.
It would make me happy for Loseapeg to win the Cup. Makes me think of joking around with my dad. He would have so tickled to call them Cupapeg or Champsapeg.
So… big surprise. The team that Bettman gifted Vegas. The fact they haven't won the Stanley Cup already is embarrassing for them. They were flat out given a Stanley Cup winning team.
Schiefele sucked all night. It’s disappointing a guy who wants to be seen among the best in the game can’t seem to play any defence.

I hope the visitor's dressing room in Winnipeg is adjusted to fit Vegas standards. Oops the exercise bikes are being cleaned for COVID, sorry.
