    What an embarrassment to the sport or hockey, embellishing that hard. Pokes his head up for a second, looks fine then head down acts like he's hurt.

    all the people saying its a dive have never played hockey. if he doesnt jump out of the way his knee is gone. he just saved himself (and nurse a major suspension). that he took off was only because of the speed and nurse hitting him on the shin

    Play should have been blown down the instant the puck went into his skates. Nurse wouldn't have went for the hit and arvidsson wouldn't have tried to avoid it which, honestly, is the only reason it was a trip to begin with. If he didn't shift towards center ice there would have been full contact. There was no extension by nurse so you can't really call it a trip if arvidsson caused it by not getting fully out of the way.

    This is what happens when the officials in a sport don't follow their own rules, the players start exaggerating the penalty to make sure they get one at all.

    You can tell the people in the comments section that don't play and have never had a skate caught by an opposing player going the opposite direction.

    Tripping penalty on Nurse BUT… Arvidsson should get a diving penalty or an actors award for best actor in a non penalty role 😂

    I'm going to stop watching. I stopped watching football cold turkey and haven't watched a game or even checked a score in years. Now it doesn't interest me in the least. Screw Bettman and his black hand sports gambling empire.

    I kinda see the dive but of course you'll go flying with contact like that. There is pretty heavy contact to the foot at a high-ish speed and the reaction is similar to a knee on knee at a similar speed. I guess the hands go up pretty early but that could just be a automatic reaction to losing your balance.

    It's not embellished. He's trying to get out of the way of Nurse who is charging him. Of course he's going to fling his leg out as fast and hard as he can so he doesn't blow out his knee idiots. Some people here don't know hockey like I do. sheesh.

    I thought this was supposed to be Hockey. Instead it feels like I’m watching Soccer with all of these fake “injuries” to draw out a penalty.
    There was one penalty against Oilers for Roughing, because a Kings player gets tapped by an Elbow he skates by.

    refs were brutal in this game.. the bias is obvious … skate on skate and only one player embellishes the near miss contact .. A penalty for a dive should have been included

    Victor Arvidsson Dive is the best I’ve seen yet. The acting is even better. Because of the acting 🎭 job, now I’ do hope Arvidsson can’t walk. What a 😽

    If you can't tell that this is Attempt to injure… I can't help you. It's a dirty, greasy play were Nurse puts his stick between the kings players feet, and then uses his skate to forward Slew foot him and Can Opener him at the same time. Bush league play from a beer league player.

    There is a nurse joke somewhere here that I'm not clever enough to think of but Arvid is lucky the whistle was blown cause he was about become a sack of potatoes if Nurse didn't sidestep at the last moment.

    Not even a oilers or la fan just like watching playoff hockey but that knee on mcdavid looked 10x worse and it wasn’t even reviewed. Even sportnet broadcasters are calling out pa for embellishments. Nhls not hard enough ton embellishments should be a suspension because it killing the integrity of the game.

    The foot is not what tripped arvidson. Watch nurse’s stick make contact with arvidson’s knee. The stick is braced on nurses upper leg so arvidson can allow the contact to spin him and take him into the air, or he can have his knee hyperextended and ripped in half. Dangerous play by nurse and the kings need to rock him into the boards tmo. (Cleanly without a penalty hopefully)
