  1. As a leaf fan I thought that brayden point goal being taken back was a make up for the puck not completely crossing the line in game 1.

As a leaf fan I am so glad that goal didn't count and we won in OT and stole that game….

Now if we can somehow win game 4… in Tampa….. I think the series is a lock! WHO IS WITH ME!?!??!

  2. Toronto needs to dress heavy weights for game 4 . Going to need to put Coopers clowns in their place ….Golfing

  3. Tampa will always be better then the laughs. Tampa 2 cups in 5 years 3 eatern titles, confereance titles and leafs nothing. Only leading 2 to 1 big deal. Toronto bandwagon has begun.

  4. Here are 3 centers Cooper would have loved to have had in this game. Acciari, O'Reilly and Mathews after all they outscored his own group.
You got to love how Point appeared to have broken ribs then showed up 2 shifts later to resume playing like nothing happened. Perhaps it gave him just enough time to spit on the Lady Byng trophy.

  5. Tired of watching the same movie every year. I hope the Leafs change the script and create something new.

  6. Is it comforting or worrisome that this was the first time that Matthews scored in the series? You can read it both ways, I think. I want him to take over games, I want him to drive the first line like McDavid does, but maybe that's expecting too much. He's not McDavid, but I think all Leafs fans have this hope that he could score 2 or 3 goals in a game where we need him to. So, to answer my own question, maybe it's not worrisome. Maybe it's an indication of things to come.. GLG !!

  7. The leafs will probably have a shot at one of the biggest regular season juggernauts of all time; I don't see Florida mounting a comeback in that one.

  8. Srs though, Tampa outplayed you guys—and you're a better team. That shouldn't be encouraging unless your goal is to win one series.

  9. Ryan O'Reilly gets a hat trick tonight.. Tampa is so focused on the first two lines and it's going to force Keefe to use him when needed. He's the guy for the leafs in this series, Keefe better start utilizing his Tampa killer better or he'll regret it.

  10. I'm wondering for all of the complaining Steve does about officiating, does he think that Ryan O'Reilly should have been kicked out for being the 3rd man in on the Matthews Stamkos fight? I was surprised he wasn't, but I guess a Tampa teammate grabbed him off quickly. I have seen other players given a game misconduct for less.

  11. While screaming is your brand, it was also for the Oxi Clean guy. I am generally worried about you giving yourself a heart attack.

  12. No way the Point goal wasn't good. Sam didn't have possession of that puck or even have it covered, was completely loose underneath him untouched. Any other take is wrong.
