  1. Just refer people to Craig Morgan’s reporting and stop trying to explain things that you yourself (admittedly) don’t fully understand.

  2. For those's who care about this sad team, i just watched a clip of an alderwomen who was debating one of the owner's a few days ago, she said the deal included 30 years of TAX-FREE dollar's for business ,she was NOT impressed ,it's always the little hidden things like this that end up ruining things ,they need tax dollar's like a crack Addict. It was only a few years ago they were given 50 MILLION in tax dollars and now well, they need more .

  3. On May 22nd, Alex Meruelo will sell the Arizona Coyotes to Quebecor president and CEO and Montreal Alouettes owner Pierre Karl Peladeau for $968 million, including a relocation fee of $195 million to relocate the Coyotes to Quebec City for next season once the voters decide to vote "NO" on 3 propositions for a proposed Tempe Entertainment District that includes a 16,000-seat arena. On May 26th, Pierre will finalize and close out the deal to purchase the Coyotes. On June 6th, Pierre and the NHL will hold a press conference at Videotron Centre in Quebec City to announce the completion of a deal to purchase the Coyotes. On June 27th, the NHL Board of Governors will approve both the sale and relocation of the Coyotes in a 30-2 vote, only Stan Kroenke of the Colorado Avalanche and Geoff Molson of the Montreal Canadiens will vote against the sale and relocation. As a result, the Coyotes will relocate to Quebec City after 27 seasons in the Phoenix area to become the 2nd incarnation of the Quebec Nordiques play, their home games at Videotron Center starting next season, and become the 1st NHL team to relocate since the Atlanta Thrashers relocated to Winnipeg and became the 2nd incarnation of the Winnipeg Jets in 2011 and marking the NHL's triumphant return to Quebec City since the original Quebec Nordiques relocated to Denver and became the Colorado Avalanche in 1995.
