    Great show tonight. Line 2 = Jarncrok, JT, Willy Styles. Line 3 = Kerfoot, O'Reilly, and Acciari. Line 4 = ZAR, Khapm, Lafferty. Keep Knies as the spare.

    Dangle was predicting O'Rielly / Tavares / Nylander will play when the Leafs are trying to score, and then Keefe will move O'Rielly to the 3rd line when they're trying to hold a lead.

    I'm trying something new this year during the playoffs I won't be wearing any Maple Leafs clothing until they win this 1st round and won't be watching any game until Toronto is up 3-0 or 3-1 if it's 3-2 or 3-3 for Toronto nope not watching because we all seen the movie with the Maple Leafs

    here's how its gonna go down. or this is how i think its gonna go down. they're gonna target marner, and scare him with some real hard charging checks. its gonna scare him, thus forcing him to get rid of the puck far too early. marner is the backbone of this team and they know it. go back and watch the first 2 games over from the 2018 / 2019 series with boston, watch it close, watch marner's journey in it and what they did to him. they ruined him. BUT, this year i have hope, and hope comes in the name of luke schenn. schenn is a key player in torontos success against tampa. tampa is dirty, they will aim to harm / scare marner with hard hits. after tampa, i am not so worried so much. you can talk lines all you want, but if they keep marner off the puck again this year they will be done after the first round again. i'm hoping schenn and the rest of the fight that dubas added at the trade deadline will free marner. the hit schenn laid on marroon and the fight after, was bigger than what you think. my take ? if torontos fight can take the wind out of maroon and perry and free up marner, we win, easily. if this is the case, toronto in 5

    Last year Leafs had many unnecessary giveaways. Campbell had one atrocious game, and at least two other sub par performances. Outside this, Leafs could have won.
    This year Leafs are much tighter. They are deeper down the middle, more versatile, tougher bottom six and greatly improved D. Samsonov has very good numbers and seems to have grown into his role as number 1. At the least, I can see Samsonov being much more consistent than Campbell was last year. It wouldn't be hard.
    Demons be damned. This is a much improved version of the Leafs

    Trust me. The 2nd line the way Keefe has it will be successful. Especially since it's better than Tampa's 2nd line…. Keefe may and most likely switch it up in Tampa on the road and have ROR on the 3rd line. Keefe wants out top two lines to be maxed in order to get off the game in a sprint! Especially to win games 1 and 2. Get that 2-0 lead

    Our 4th line will outscore and out chance their 4th line. Faster, younger, and defensively better

    Two blue line body checks in and you will understand Schenn is needed for game one tone. There will inevitably be injuries that put the test to the depth of the team. Lots of guys ready to go for the big one.

    I like O'Reilly on the 2nd line. Tavares and Nylander have struggled to produce by themselves, O'Reilly will give them a huge boost. I'd rather sacrifice a defensive 3rd like to have a powerhouse 2nd line

    I like the O'Rielly, Nylander, Knies 3rd line suggestion. For the exact reasons you said. Good call, Guy. Put Acciari and Jarnkrok with Tavares and let them grind out goals. Tavares is good down low, both Acciari and Jarnkrok are sound defensively. If they can get the puck deep behind the Tampa D they can generate a heavy and skilled down low game that produces chances on net. Then you've got your shut down line in Kampf, Lafferty and Reese

    Teams are evenly stacked but Leafs are under absolutely MASSIVE pressure to win . Confidences will Crack and goals will go in. Tampa in 5.

    Leafs have everything to lose and prove. Tampa do not and will have muuuch less pressure. The mental game will be just awful for the Leafs.

    Might have missed it but I thought Bunting could be a concern with some of the weird situations he gets himself into. He's gotta keep himself out of the box but still find a way to frustrate/get under the skin of of the opposition. Might be best if he just plays good, smart and clean hockey.
