At this point, Keefe is tying himself to Holl.
Shades of Babcock and Marleau. If the Leafs lose, and Holl was never swapped, it has to be a fireable offence at that point. Like if you’re Dubas, you gave Keefe multiple options on D in Lily, Gustafsson. If he isn’t going to use them, then what are we doing?

Unbelievable, team is constantly outplayed and Holl keeps getting burned and this fucking idiot won’t make a single adjustment. Yes, game 2 was entertaining and the comeback in game 4 was fun and magic, but everywhere else has been very hard to watch.
That’s on you Keefe. Holls been the same guy he’s been all year. This is what you get with him.

It’s remarkable that Holl – an AHL reclamation project – could be a major factor in the final stage of Dubas/Keefe era.
This just seems so wrong. It’s not a first rounder they tried too hard on. Not a veteran FA they hoped would recapture past glory. It’s a AAAA guy they keep running out because he’s cheap and they like his personality.
