Seems Kadri misses Colorado also based on the F this attitude he seemed to have playing for Calgary.

    I’d take back Burakovsky too

I just want a healthy team. Maybe it’s too much to ask for after the sacrifices those dudes made for the cup. 🤷‍♂️

Nope, nope, no… I know we’re struggling, but I’ll never wish for Kadri to return.

He probably would’ve been suspended by now instead of Makar.

While Kadri was here, he was useful. But I was never sold on him. I remember that Vegas series, I remember how dirty he was…

This is PROBABLY a complete overreaction to Landy’s injury and the whole Nuke situation, but what if… Landy’s injury is bad enough that he doesn’t come back at all (forced into retirement) and Nuke ends up in enough trouble that we cut him loose?

If that happens, do you think we use the cap space to put offers on Kadri and maybe Burky or another upper tier forward? I just keep seeing that 13.1 million in cap space that’s not being used right now…

That being said, I’d much rather Landy just get healthy and return to form in the off-season. Nuke… I don’t know. Lots of mixed feelings and limited information there.

Considering our obsession of bringing back players, I wouldn’t be slightly surprised if Naz comes back. His age, that contract, and Calgary’s likely rebuilding, I think all make him a very moveable piece. I don’t think it’ll happen next year, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he comes back at some point.

Hindsight is always 20/20 but that nuke contract is looking reaaaaaaaal bad right about now. And it’s looking like we should’ve kept Naz. Then again we probably didn’t have the space if he was wanting 7mill but shit man it’s a dumpster fire rn

Flames fan here, you can have him back. He’s a decent player but overpaid and not a fan of the attitude he seems to have on the ice.

    Good luck in game 6.

Kadri had a perfect story. Guy who had great potential but would take too many penalties would get a chance taken on him by a team ready to win the cup, where he straightens up and Flys right just to get injured. Comes back game 4 of the final series with a broken hand only to score the game winner and become a hero.

Yeah the one piece o was hoping we could resign, but knew he was tryin to inflate the money, he hadn’t had a year equal to the last one he was with us… i wish he would have stayed,
