    As a Lightning fan, I'm not at all upset about this series. It was a very tight series ignoring the lopsided first two games. They played really well but the Leafs just played better. When I saw that goal, I felt the air in Toronto just release like pressure let out of a bottle. As if a whole city can finally breathe. Well earned series victory, Leafs fans. On to round two for the first time since I was in diapers.

    I'm gonna watch this video so much over the next few days. I listened to it as it was 3.04am in Scotland when the goal went in! I had a massive lump in my throat at Bowen singing Happy days are here again! Those scenes from maple leaf square are incredible and I hope there are many more in this post season for the fans to enjoy!

    Oilers fan here. Great win and great series by the Leafs. A large number of folks in the years past like to give the Leafs and their fans a hard time, but I hope every Leaf fan enjoys this, you guys deserve it and all the best moving forward 😀

    hard to believe it's been 19 years. i haven't been following that close since the lockouts and strikes way back when but seriously that's a lifetime. makes me appreciate the sundin/gilmour era that much more.

    What a moment man. It was such a huge release. Even I felt a weight off my shoulders and i've never taken a faceoff in my life. Can only imagine what those players feel. Particularly the guys that have had to deal with all the heartbreak and media shellacking every days for several years.
