Vegas is super disaplined and i dont think they will take too many penalties. While it sure will help i dont think itll be a deciding factor this series. Its also round 2 less penalties get called.
You have to remember, though, that Vegas was the least or one of the least penalized team in the NHL, so the Oil’s PP presence won’t matter much, if at all
