It really baffles me that people still consider us the boring team. Has anyone watched the hurricanes play?
Canes fans are 75% fans of an up north team that they rooted for before moving to NC, “I still root for them but I also root for the local team”.. but only when the canes are good. I know plenty of Hybrinf fans down here and I just don’t take them seriously. 20% is bandwagon college kids who don’t know shit about hockey but root for the canes when they’re good… the last 5% are actual Canes fans who know hockey

Idk why I keep getting recommended the Isles subreddit as a Rangers fan, but yeah, Go Canes. I’ve liked them since their 06 run + cheering against the Devils. Really only time I’ve ever wanted them to lose was Round 2 of last year for obv reasons.
That being said, NYR took Game 1 (and 2) by a 5-1 score this year as well, considering how that series turned out I ain’t counting out NJD yet.
Also a quick q – is the Isles shit list really 1. Rangers 2. Leafs (as long as JT is there) then 3. Pens? Would’ve thought Tampa would at least occupy one of those spots, and surprised no rivalry with the Devils at all.
