  1. Kypreos said something really weird. Apparently it'll be very hard for Florida to ride the emotional high into the next series….. when Toronto literally just celebrated their curse being broken with a Stanley Cup winning-esque celebration….

If anybody has to snap back to reality and be ready for this game tonight, it's Toronto. Florida has absolutely nothing to lose, they've done their job and are playing with house money.

  2. Toronto's a better team just like the bruins were the better team, the bruins lost 4 games to Florida, a 3rd of their losses for the whole season, an all-time collapse, Toronto should win in 5 if not sweep, but they have to keep the front clear, let Sammy see what's coming, you can't let them stand in front of the net like statues, I'm old Boston guy, I'm counting on the leafs to shut them down, now some of the Panthers are bragging, please put the in their place. Thank you.

  3. I think it's going to be a competitive series, but the wildcard is which Leafs decide to show up to the games. They had trouble during the series with playing a full 60 minutes of solid hockey. Granted, it was against Tampa Bay which is a tough opponent, but if they aren't able to match Florida's intensity, we're going to have a lot trouble with trying to win this round.

  4. toronto land is jinxing itself by already looking past this series towards a ECF, and SCF not great, not cool.

  5. the leafs have more talent, they have a bigger chip on their shoulder, they had an extra day off. the leafs beat the defending east champs in 6 games. i think everything points to Toronto this series. yes the first round pressure is gone but dont you think these boys wanna go all the way? break the first round curse just to create a 2nd round curse? i say the leafs have all the hunger and motivation to wanna win this series. as long as the leafs play like we know they can play, they should be able to go and take both the home games and start the series strong. they won every road game against tampa so i think how this series begins at home is gonna be huge.

  6. Early on the fans will notice that the Panthers are fast and rugged. Panthers in 5

  7. Panthers fan here. If we don't stay out of the box, we are doomed. The Toronto PP will bury us. Stay out of the box, and we have a chance.

  8. Win or loose the leafs need to play 60 minutes starting tonight. Florida is on as much as a high as Toronto staring down a Stanley cup with NYR, Boston, Tampa already out of the way.

  9. Everyone making this a tight series.. I got Leafs in 5 this series. Total domination!

  10. I'm watching the Toronto media closely now.
I heard that they are forming a committee to work on the Stanley Cup Parade route.
    🏆🏒👍

  11. Although Toronto beat Florida 3 games to 1 in the regular season (before the new trades), I think the Leafs inconsistency and lack of tenacity (for a full 60 minutes) in the playoff is a huge problem. I really am not concerned that Florida beat Boston, they have had Boston's number all season and I collected a cool $100.00 predicting they will beat Boston. The short truth is Florida has not proven that they have the Leafs number, so far. In short, The Leafs are their own worst enemy. If the Leafs show up for all the games and beat Florida then I believe they will be in the finals.

  12. Whenever I hear the word "expected" regarding statistics, I roll my eyes. If that makes me a dinosaur, so be it.

  13. I'd you like the 'fancy stats'…. to be honest I'd rather enjoy the game played on ice. And I'm in my 30s.

  14. Might be hard for Leafs any more games – just being in the second round is out of their comfort zone.

  15. Delusional if you think the Florida kittens are taking game 1

  16. You guys are idiots..It all boils down to which Goalie stops the damn puck from entering the net he's protecting…My faith is Samsanov is shakey at best. Wohl might do a better job…
