  1. Bobrovsky playing out of his mind and getting lots and lots of luck, while one softie from Samsonov doomed us. Series not over

  2. MetastableToChaos

Imagine if Willy played the first 40 minutes the same way he played the last 20.

  3. SourWineGums

Lost this game because the way they started the second. God damn

  4. nicknamed_nugget

I don’t care how hard you try in the third, you don’t deserve to win if you take the second period off. It’s honestly embarrassing that they still haven’t learned this lesson.

  5. freakypsycho

We’re gonna pull a New Jersey on these clowns

  6. TeapotHead1994

We played good enough to win that game. Seriously, play the whole thing again 100 times and we win 90 of them. Hockey is volatile, that’s how it goes sometimes.

That being said, the first ten minutes of the 2nd was abysmal. That’s what won FLA the game.

I’m still not really worried. Literally all we have to do is play not abysmally for any stretch of time and we win games. We don’t even have to play out of our minds, we just cannot ever play hockey that terribly

    Go Leafs

  7. thedistrict33

Bob shut us down and that’s the story of the game.

  8. leafman87

3-0 on the road, 3-0 in Florida 👀 let’s go down south folks!

  9. skinkbaa

    That second period was horrendous…

  10. theguyishere16

Leafs should try being outplayed again. Worked against Tampa. Theyve been the better team both games here so far and 2 losses.

  11. Kinglokner16

1-4 at home these playoffs aren’t ideal

  12. Fuuutuuuree

How have they not learned 55 minutes of good hockey isn’t enough.

  13. dinklesprocket

Dubas’s deadline moves were enough for me to think he’s learning and should stay, but Keefe’s gotta go. too much lack of accountability and effort from too many players. the constant lapses in judgement, not being ready the second the periods start, that’s firmly on Keefe

  14. leafsfan1987

Such brain dead and soft turnovers cost us this game. Wtf were those. Back to back, atrocious turnovers.

  15. toedragrelease

At a loss for words… once again chance after chance, post after post. We don’t play for 10 mins of one period and that’s game? Fucking love cheering for this team. Actually cursed.

  16. Damn that’s how Tampa felt last round

  17. labadee

Goals against were self inflicted. No team beats the leafs better than the leafs.

  18. ChatGPT, build me a roster that will make me believe and then break my heart, over and over and over again.

  19. XPhazeX

    Wasn’t worried about 1.

    Extremely worried about 2.

Probability says Bob shouldn’t be a .944 in back to back games, but here we are

  20. riko77can

WTF… do we gotta go 0-10 in the second round now? Did we get through Tampa on a monkey claw wish?

  21. Ensuing

Bobrovsky was stellar again but the opening minute of the second period was completely unacceptable if this team wants to compete for the cup. Leafs gave Florida a chance back into the game and Florida took it and Bobrovsky came up absolutely huge. Hopefully the home team curse continues in Florida.

  22. SomeoneElseWould

Lost 4/5 at home and back to back 2 goal games. FIND A WAY TO SCORE🙃

  23. The Panthers literally had advantage maybe 5 minutes in the whole game.

    They’re first was fucking stupid.

They’re second was a stupid fucking turnover and bad goaltending.

They’re third was again a bad turnover.

What the actual fuck, we cannot be losing to THAT

  24. Turtle08atwork

Dude did they have a pizza party in the first intermission? They came out so fucking slow. Zero fucking effort. Following the puck carrier like you’d follow your mom through the mall as a toddler

  25. Rageahol420

This is the playoff series we’ve all seen the last few years. Dominate offensively, get nothing, every mistake immediately punished.

Just really hope they realize you can never let up

  26. Beneficial-Peach9670

They need to learn that they need to play strong for the full 60 minutes of the game. Never underestimate Florida, there is absolutely no excuse for that start to the second period. They cannot be over-confident. Fans seem to know this, but the players don’t act like they know this.

  27. Normal_Future2167

Somebody tell me why Keefe puts his 4th line again and again until 2mins left in the 3rd!?!? Thats insane.. can he coach?

  28. Macknhoez

Fuck Sam Bennett. That’s all I have to say.

  29. canuckfan4419

Can’t find a single persons saying this but marner looked off tonight

  30. donnymcheater4

Giordanos gotta sit. He’s the slowest guy on the ice

  31. Klutzy_Confusion

Very few teams have won a Cup without facing some serious adversity during their playoff run. No panic on my end. Concerned. But not panicked….

  32. BLogssss

Well… there’s not many teams who’ve looked this good going down 0-2.

At the end of the day, this sucks. But I’m also too old to let this shit dwell for two days. Cautiously optimistic about Sunday. And if they lose, well, life goes on.

The Devils did the same thing last round and survived. It’s not impossible. That’s all I got. 🤷‍♂️

  33. incarnatethegreat

    – auston should be crucified for giving away the puck that led to the winner
    – gio or holl: who is worse?
    – getting goalie’d is what happens to us, but we shouldn’t be falling behind so easily and allowing this to happen
    – we played twice as hard as game 1 and still lost.

  34. Colin123mc

Leafs and Jays are a combined 0-7 since the Leafs won their first series in 19 years. Did the city use up all of our sports magic to win 1 god damn series?
