   Hey y’all, was spending a lot of time looking at AllThreeZones and CapFriendly trying to understand Jarmo and Pascal Vincent’s rationale on Patrik Laine at center as well as Kevin Hayes rumors and this is what came of it. It’s a fun look at defining different positions and the types of players that might fit for them. I appreciate any and all reads thank you 🙂

   Hi! Sometimes a little controlled chaos is needed and I think you are calling that creativity or crash/carry. Coaches predefine routes, etc and I think some teams are too predictable. A little chaos agent can be good. One thing I liked about CBJ was their aggressive forecheck and how they never gave up. Such persistence. Sometimes one player would chase the puck only to find themselves alone in the offensive zone bc their line was changing.
