Still nothing from DOPS? Surprising…. As much as I would love to Simmer drawn in just to fill in this dirty fuck (if DOPS doesn’t suspend) It’s the wrong move. Need to win this series and Simmer doesn’t help. For normal fights, we have a few guys that can contribute in other ways that can also fight. File this away and wait till next reg season when you face Bennet. Then make him pay.
The worst part of it is that any retaliation next game will most likely be heavily penalized.

Is that a penalty? Yes.
Is there a 50+ year history of plays like that not getting called in the playoffs? Also yes.
Boston did the same thing to us in 2013. At some point instead of bitching at the refs, you should change the way your team is built so that come playoff time you’re the team taking advantage of the non existent whistle.
Our PP is also 1/7 so it wouldn’t have mattered anyways. This team always finds a way to piss away games.

The Leafs need to cut the whining and figure out a way to get past this team which they are better than. Squeaky wheels don’t usually get greased in the NHL. Get out there and get the job done.

This is the kind of shit that makes me question why I even watch playoff hockey. I get that sometimes errant high sticks might not be called due to the speed of the game, and some late hits aren’t called. What the hell even is this? Is this even hockey? I hate seeing this garbage and hate even more that it’s not addressed. What a joke.
