Would be nice to move Trouba and Panarin (since Panarin clearly has no heart). NMC’s are annoying.
Trouba, especially, is overpaid.
Laf and Kakko should be signed long term for cheap contracts, considering their very mediocre play thus far.
Wish Panarin could go for a Chandler Stephenson or Brock Nelson type player.
Drury let a guy who wasn't even on his roster hold him hostage and the team hostage and drury let Kane use the rangers as a platform for a free agent contract.. Kane bet the rangers would go deep and he would get paid.. his agenda.. drury let this guy turn their roster from a team to a group of Individuals.. they are both getting what they deserve

I was fine with getting tarasenko and mikkola……but we could have used same picks to go get a Tyler bertuzzi instead of Kane. Kane was hurt even before we got him. No idea why people thought he would have helped us.
1:50 mark. Your comment how a team is dependent on individual talent. OOF that right there screams losing team. I don't think you realized that. You do not embrace that to make a winning team. So therefore you don't make the move to pick up an aging, injured player just because of his play in the past. Getting Kane on the cheap wasn't a no brainer. It was a bad move more propaganda then anything. Especially the propaganda then portrayed having every mouthpiece claim that Panarin and Kane will reunite some old gelling fireworks from the past. Totally ignoring that they only played about 2 seasons together when Kane was still at the top of his game and Panarin was starting to peak. And they haven't played together for 5 YEARS. More then twice the amount of time they actually played on the same team. When it comes down to it who in their right mind would actually buy into that. Just more BS to push a bad deal. I like Kane but I follow realistic expectations, not hype.
Kane didn't work, just move on.

People keep bashing Drury for Kane. James Dolan absolutely had something to do with this move. He cant help himself when a star wants to come.
Id prefer Kane over burnt toast aka Panarin. 12M needs to come with more playoff presence. Two yrs in a row.
It might be an unpopular opinion but lafreniere was the wrong pick for this team. I’m not saying we shouldn’t have selected him, it’s just the fact we drafted a top line LW for a team that was already married to kreider and panarin. Literally any other position would’ve been more beneficial. I understand we can play him on the right side, his number 1 overall status was for the left. Saying to just play him out of position is getting into territory of saying we should’ve drafted someone else that could’ve been utilized better. To make it even worse the next year drury drafts othmann who i really like as player, has a lot of promise. LW. These guys have no where to go folks. On other teams that have availability is a completely different story for these guys, it’s just the truth.
Im sorry who is this lady because everything she said was either incorrect, dellusional or both… Kane is not better than half the NHL at 50% that was kinda show during this series… no one is saying the Rangers should apologize for having a good goalie… the Rangers cant outscore anyone 9 times out of 10 because they would have been 1 overall in the regular season AND DEFINITELY not a first round bounce…
The analogy is like a baseball team that hit home runs all year and not being able to manufacture runs bc you face better pitching.. Same thing in hockey, things tighten up..
